Leadership Circle Profile

The Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 is quite different than any other leadership 360 on the market. In addition to measuring eighteen leadership competencies at the top half of the circle, this instrument also measures eleven tendencies that detract from effective leadership and lower the leadership competency scores. These tendencies are reflected on the bottom half of the circle.


The Leadership Circle Profile helps leaders understand the relationship between how they habitually think, how they behave, and, more importantly, how all this impacts their current level of leadership effectiveness.
